2019年6月8日 · Thanks for giving us an opinion on the IBGard. I tried the FDgard (as it was recommended by someone on Connect), however, I found that it has caraway oil and that was a problem for me. Papaya enzyme tablets work best for me. If a meal does not seem to "go down" well I chew a couple of tablets and it helps.

2019年1月13日 · FDgard calls it a medical food. it's a supplement with individually triple-coated microspheres of caraway oil and I-menthol. The directions on the box say to take 2 capsules in a.m. and 2 in p.m. I take only 1 twice a day - maybe it would help more to take 2 twice a day.

2024年2月23日 · I’ve had the most success with FDGard, an over the counter product. It’s super expensive though (make sure not to get the related IBGard product because that’s peppermint oil, which can make acid reflux worse if that’s a concern).

2020年4月17日 · MY GI doctor suggested that I try FDgard (caraway oil, I menthol) to help stop that awful pain and burning. I find that it works beautifully. I take one Omeprazole a day. 2019年3月23日 · Try a product called (Fdgard) sold at Walgreens, Amozon,and now at Wallmart. I went through Mayo and was suggested I try this. It works! It is all natural ,so do not be afraid. I also was put on a Celexa med that helped me gain wait back and to eat again without anxiety? The Fd guard is $9. A week and not covered by insurance. Cheapest at Wallmart.
