Financial data is reported on the Financial Data Template (FDT). The FDT consists of the Balance Sheet, Statement of Operations and Retained Earnings, Statement of Cash Flow, Computation of Adjusted Net Worth and Computation of Liquidity (if required). The FDT follows the traditional format of basic financial statements.
