Jan 24, 2017 · The catalytic performance of the nano-sized Fe-MFI in methanol to olefin (MTO) reactions was investigated. The Fe-MFI catalysts showed higher propylene to ethylene (P/E) ratios and lower light paraffin yields compared with MFI type aluminosilicate zeolites (Al-MFI) for both the synthesis methods.

May 1, 2022 · We report Fe-demetallation of Fe-MFI framework. Above 800 °C framework Fe 3+ is reduced to Fe 0 forming nanoparticles. Second metal is introduced by copper ion exchange. Reduction of ion-exchanged Cu/Fe-MFI yields bimetallic nanoparticles. Resulted Fe@MFI and CuFe@MFI are active in p-nitrotoluene hydrogenation.
