The Roger Federer Foundation supports educational projects in Southern Africa and Switzerland. The programmes focus on the improvement of the quality of early learning and basic education. All activities are realised and implemented by local non-governmental authorities in close collaboration with the local communities.

Why do we focus on early learning? The most vulnerable children in particular, who would be dependent on education to escape poverty, often do not have a good start in primary school.
