How can I make an IPv6 address permanent on Fedora 34? I can add the address I want with this command: ip addr add fdc4:aeae:eaea:cf00::20/64 dev enp3s0 However, that does not survive a reboot. I am able to run something like "scp barry@promised:<file>" from the fedora36 system. But if I try, say, from promised, to run "scp barry@fedora36:<file>" I get: ssh: connect to host fedora36 port 22: Connection refused
