2021年1月10日 · Add some NaOH solution and check, if it forms a dirty green precipitate it is Ferrous chloride. If it forms a reddish brown precipitate it is ferric chloride. But usually freshly prepared ferrous solutions are pale green in color (they get oxidized to Fe3+ gradually) and ferric solutions are yellow brown in colour. Know someone who can answer?
