Added StartDelay option to FFBPlugin.ini as some games require FFB Plugin to initialize quickly while others would cause a crash without delay; For most users it is already setup now but if you having issues with a certain supported game not giving FFB, perhaps try set StartDelay=0 and see if it helps at all.

The games use the spring effect for FFB. Confirmed for WRC 8 and WRC Generations. Consider playing around with the spring gain to set how direct and stiff it feels.

GT5 and the 2013 GT Academy (based on GT6 stuff) are in my opinion more 'weight transfer' focused FFB systems. iRacing has a good FFB system too and is a fairly stable and often used test base.
