Hessian Lobo would be as strong as Ushiwakamaru and I'm honestly being generous about that. EDIT: To put it in a better way, Lobo's Interlude has it outright state that it could attack Ritsuka if it wanted to but it would die by either Enkidu or Nursery Rhyme before it even get close.
