FGSZ Ltd is the owner and operator of the Hungarian high-pressure natural gas pipeline system servicing gas distribution companies, power plants and large industrial consumers.

FGSZ Földgázszállító Zrt. (hereinafter FGSZ) is the sole transmission system operator and a 100% subsidiary of MOL. It owns and operates the nearly 6,000 km long high-pressure natural gas transmission pipeline system covering the territory of Hungary, supplying gas distribution companies, power plants and a number of large industrial consumers.

A vállalat 2004-ben alakult meg MOL Magyar Olaj- és Gázipari Nyrt. Földgázszállító Rt. néven, 2008-tól FGSZ Földgázszállító Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság elnevezéssel működik.
