The Fuel Incident Notification and Analysis System (FINAS) is an international system jointly operated by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD/NEA).

The Fuel Incident Notification and Analysis System (FINAS) is an international event reporting system for nuclear fuel cycle facilities. The system is jointly operated by the IAEA and the Nuclear Energy Agency. Membership of FINAS is open to Member States that have or are planning to operate nuclear fuel cycle facilities.

Recognizing the importance of sharing experience from operational events at nuclear fuel cycle facilities, the OECD/NEA and the IAEA are co-sponsoring this Joint IAEA–OECD/NEA Technical Meeting of the FINAS National Coordinators. The previous joint meeting was held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France, in 2016.

The Fuel Incident Notification and Analysis System (FINAS) is jointly operated by the IAEA and the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD/NEA).
