Cna soemone point me in the direction creating a 'flag note' that is embedded into the notes themselves? I have been literally drawing the appropriate shape instead. Which works. however if you decide to move or re-size the text you then have to go through and move and re-size the drawn flag note as well... here is an image of what I mean.

With geometric tolerances you can drop the tolerance on a dimension and it becomes embedded in the dim. I would like to do the same with a flag note. But, when I do the flag is destroyed and only the text from the note is added to the dimension. It has no border and the association between the "flag" and the note is lost.

I now have to go through these drawings and reinsert the flag note references so they match the flag notes on my notes page.
