2018年7月11日 · I would suggest trying a patch test first to make sure you don't have a reaction. After that, I'd honestly say just put some on and go about your day. Maybe go on a walk or get outside. Get to know the feeling. It takes a while for the ointment to affect you, and it's nice to get to know how it feels before using it for more spiritual means.
