In this study, we are presenting a rare case of EIC occurring in the breast; which was diagnosed by fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC). Later on, histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. We are presenting this case not only because of its rare site of presentation, but also to highlight the role of FNAC in diagnosing this benign lesion.
