2016年9月5日 · Focalin is dexmethylphenidate which causes the same effect than methylphenidate but has the double potency, so 5mg Focalin is the same than 10mg Ritalin. Focalin IR is in 2'5, 5 and 10mg pills? I have read that the maximum daily dose of Focalin IR is 20mg and in Focalin XR it is 40mg.

I was on 70mgs Focalin, now I'm on 20mgs Adderall XR. Shit puts me striaght to sleep. I mean, just popped a couple Ambien sleep. 40mgs, same, as well as 60.

I recently came across adderall and I took 60 mg xr of that and 20 mg of the focalin xr but not Crushed. 2011年6月21日 · Focalin XR uses a bead-release mechanism to allow it's extended delivery, e.g. Focalin XR 20mg would (in theory) pan out to a dose of 10mg, then around three hours later, another dose of 10mg. This is when taken orally.

2002年7月21日 · Ive never tried to snort XR focalin (in fact I've only had the immediate release). I used to snort 4 10mg pills every day for a few years straight, but never more than one at a time. As far as recreational use 30mg would probably be excessive to snort all at once, however i don't think you'll have much luck snorting the XR anyhow.
