Fondmetal S.p.A. is an Italian manufacturer of alloy wheels, founded in 1972 by Gabriele Rumi. [1] A Formula One constructor of the same name, also owned by Rumi, competed in the 1991 and 1992 seasons, [1] scoring no championship points.

Fondmetal from 1986 to 1992 became the official supplier of the Williams F1 team, and the first company in 1993 to present the magnesium monoblock wheel, always for the Formula 1 world championship.
