2010年10月4日 · I will take a picture of my 272 block in my 57 "push truck" F-100. It is the original engine in it, just spruced up with some paint and new decals. The 272 and 292 should be same dimensionally, unless the newer 292's are different. Will try and post pics later on today. Love them 57 F-100's! Good looking truck and only year with single headlights.

2010年5月7日 · Just getting started doing some work on Ozelle the '55 Ford (Fairlane Town Sedan, 272 and 3 on the tree, parents bought it new at Drake Motor Co. here in Rockmart GA). The car has been sitting in the shed since the late '80s and hasn't been driven regularly since about '84 or '85. Anyway, lots to do to get it roadworthy and reliable.

2011年10月16日 · I run a 272 Y-block in an o/t truck. It has a supercharger cam and the high lift rockers. Headers, 289 distributor with advance kit, two (2) autolite 4100 carbs on a 357 2x4 intake. The oil pump was shimmed and it now runs 30 psi at idle and 55 cruising.
