The Form NXP is a mandatory statutory document to be completed by all exporters for shipment of goods outside Nigeria. Any customer willing to engage in export business is required to register with the Nigeria Export Promotion Council.

Anyone willing to engage in export business is required to register with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC). An exporter is required to complete and register Form NXP with an Authorized Dealer (any Commercial or Merchant Bank) of his choice.

NXP is the Nigeria Export Proceed Form expected to be completed by Exporters when exporting out of Nigeria. FBN is able to process Export transactions through Letter of Credit, Bills for Collection, and Advance payment.

Banks' export customers are required to obtain a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) from Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS)/Joint Tax Board (JTB). The TIN is a prerequisite for customers to access the Trade System for e-Form application. 3.
