You can upgrade your existing Foxtel box through My Account: Log in to My Account. On the My Account home page, click Change my subscription in the My Package tab. Scroll down to Enhance your iQ experience. Click the plus (+) symbol next to Upgrade your Primary Box. Select your preferred box and click Upgrade.
