Frisk is the playable character and main protagonist of Undertale. After Frisk falls into the Underground, they embark on a journey to return to the surface. Frisk is the last of the eight humans to fall into the Underground after travelling to Mt. Ebott. So no, physically they are not the same characters.

Frisk's past would definitely be one -- I've always considered that simply out-of-focus and intentionally vague, but it wouldn't be the first time Undertale subverted that sort of expectation. The rest of what you said seems like it could be true even if Frisk is human, though.

2021年5月5日 · During the Omega Flowey battle, the barrier was being bombarded with the power of 6 human souls. That's probably enough to weaken that barrier so that Frisk could cross it with just one human soul. Frisk's soul doesn't seem to be just one simple human soul. The Asriel battle shows how Frisk is able to simply come back with their own determination.
