There could maybe - never encountered such though - be an issue with keys in fTPM and in that case I would reset/clear those in BIOS and then do the steps mentioned above.

2021年2月25日 · I found out while assisting another User with the exact issue as you that all Ryzen Processor don't support fTPM. Only the Ryzen PRO Processor support fTPM. So even if you enable all correct setting in BIOS to run fTPM the computer will crash if you are using a Non-Ryzen Pro processor.

2022年2月26日 · For some reason Gigabyte bios doesn't differentiate between the firmware ftpm and the header module so there's no selection option between the two. I've seen some Asus board differentiate between them in the bios but not here. AMD really needs to get the fixed AGESA out to their partners to get this nipped in the bud once and for all time.

2023年4月5日 · With fTPM disable in the bios it works fine no stuttering or audio loss and I can play games for hours, So I guess this is still an issues with AMD and has not been fixed in the latest AM5 processors, From what I can see searching on the internet this was also an issues with AM4.
