The simple Fu Xuan + Lynx basically immortal, while Fu Xuan on her own, should keep your team alive assuming you are doing the ONE thing Fu Xuan asks, using her E to refresh the buff when the ground is flashing.

Get fu Xuan definitely. You have Gallagher for firefly team who is the BiS for breaks so you just need another limited sustain that can carry you for a long time. Fu Xuan is good because she can provide additional crit rate and also generate debuffs with trends lc (even without trends lc she is still peak for survivability).

Day one was great and definitely did the job but ToM makes her so much of a tank with the shield based on her HP that she never gets down below half health before the fight is over.
