2024年12月3日 · Yes. Visually, it is a bit of an odd-looking piece. I saw the first prototype before seeing the original piece and my initial response was, "Well this can't be right". Like most of the world, I thought Cannonball played on a Meyer Bros NY, and I've seen plenty of those. This piece is a bit shorter and wider than I expected.

2024年11月14日 · I'm just wondering if that craftsmanship has improved.. I play on a NYUSA (I have 2) but I recently bought both of the NY/Meyer Bros reissues out of curiosity. I find the Bros to be kind of edgy and inflexible. The 100 anniversary NY I like but it's not as focussed as my vintage pieces. A basic Meyer, when good, ticks a lot of boxes for me.
