2024年4月15日 · The wider 19 handles things better. While the 43X is an interesting "Commander" version of the 48, a small slide exaggerates the recoil. While it is easier to carry AIWB, I much prefer the small 43. If you need a small gun, then have a small gun (versus the 43X which cannot decide). The 48/43/43X can be easier to hide than the 19.

2019年4月23日 · The mag in the 43x hung down from the grip to far for my liking. Under recoil, i was noticing the VERY annoying corner of the 43x mag digging the hell out of my palm. Nope, that ain`t gonna work for me. I also found it harder for me to conceal the 43x due to the longer grip, printed terrible. The G26 is the clear winner for me.

2023年3月28日 · Been wanting to get a new carry gun. I have been trying to decide between the G-43x and the Shield Plus. I was leaning heavily towards the S&W as I have several Shields already, and like them, and its my understanding that the Plus is an improvement on the original Shield, with extra capacity as a bonus. But I have never even had my hands on one.

2021年9月10日 · I sold all my P365's and my 43x's and Shield Arms Mags. I like the Shield Plus more, overall it just checks more boxes for me. While the Shield Arms mags are generally pretty good, IMHO, they compromise the functional reliability of the 43X a little bit compared to the standard 10rd factory OEM mags.

2022年10月24日 · Now I have a G-43X, G-45, and a G-19. The 19 stays in the safe most of the time, because it is a gen2 with black internals and I haven't bought the parts to change out. I liked all of them from the 17L to the 43X, except the 26, just didn't fit my hand. My main EDC was a gen2 G-23, up till I got the G-43X. I like the feel of it.
