2024年10月17日 · The lower screws (when tightened) expand the posts into the channel, fixing the riser in place. Without them, the riser can change position easily. If the lowest height works for you, no big deal. But depending on head size, you may need to bring the riser up to get a proper sight picture, hence the adjustable design (I assume).
