If we search the B8 Q5 wiring diagrams (and component locations) document on cardiagn.com, we come to a picture on page "1304", where it seems to show it on the underside of the car, I'm guessing that's on the DEF tank next to the DEF pump?

The bumper to bumper warranty ran out 14,000 miles ago, but I still have power train and emissions warranty. They tell me it's not covered, though.
