Jianjing GB-21 is an acupuncture point on the Gall Bladder Channel. Location: Midway between Dazhui DU-14 and the lateral extremity of the acromion, at the highest point of the shoulder.

The acupuncture point Gb 21 is pressed with the thumb for 60 to 90 seconds. The pressure is applied with sufficient force to produce a pain stimulus that is easy to tolerate. Acupressure can be repeated several times a day (2 to 3 times) in case of acute problems. The point is needled vertically, with a depth of 0.5 to 0.8 cun.
