2024年9月7日 · GEC Gold Lion KT77 is best version of EL34 IMHO. Sold as an improved EL34 but actually a beam tetrode not a pentode. IIRC Marshall fitted them to some of their EL34 models back in the day but at that time a GEC KT77 would have been like 25% more expensive than a Mullard EL34... both silly money now of course!
