GL has been aiming to launch business in Laos based on ARFC vision of which object is to expand multilateral finance business throughout ASEAN region. GLL was established and registered on July 28, 2014 by Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Lao PDR, and now licensed to operate finance business by Bank of Lao PDR on 14 May, 2015.
