2015年6月6日 · Any of you had success with an aftermarket fairing for an 82 era GL 1100? I am restoring one and I need a fairing. Tried to get the Rifle Cruise Tour to fit, but that headlight bucket on the GL has the metal wrap around the top of the forks up near the triple. Don't want a Vetter or another Honda Wing front end. Any suggestions would be helpful.

2018年5月30日 · The fairing lowers are two small panels that act as a seal for the radiator, to ensure wind is pushed through the radiator. They also act as vents, venting the hot air out from behind the radiator. They must be removed to access some mechanical and electrical functions, to remove the false tank, and for other reasons.

2009年4月4日 · It has all lights, reflectors, emblems, and a pair of the most unusual wind wings I have ever seen, wind wing is bolted to the fairing, is about 14 to 16 inches long, contoured to the shape of the fairing and is etched with Pegasus on each side....and at the widest point about 5 inches out from the fairing.....

2005年12月24日 · Is there a step-by-step procedure you follow to remove the fairing? other bits? The fairing is easy enough. First unplug the wiring connector block from the left lower inside part of the fairing. Then remove the lower fairing panels (3 screws each side).

2010年3月16日 · The headlight comes out without having to remove the fairing. You remove the set screw in the height adjustment knob, pull the knob off, remove the bolt and washer on the knob shaft, then pull the headlight out the front of the fairing.
