2012年3月14日 · So good idle timing on a 6.5 is around 20 degrees crank advance. The scanner shows the cam reference though, so check to make sure the warm idle timing is somewhere 8 to 11 degrees. Check what the desired timing is and compare to measured.

2016年4月7日 · To get you there, start by rotating IP so the fuel shut off solenoid is pretty much vertical (straight up and down). Tighten the nuts, warm it up again and run TDCO learn. Ensure that desired/actual fluctuate during the learn.

When assembling, I felt that the DSG gear set I was installing could not be lined up with the timing marks EXACTLY in line.

2019年8月16日 · At WOT and high rpm (3000+) it will start to misfire and smoke. At around 2200rpm from half throttle to full throttle the power output drops to the point it will barely pull. I have checked lift pump pressure and the lowest it goes is 3psi at WOT. any ideas of what to check would be great. 1974 gmc k20 with a 1994 6.5L NA swap.
