Customer: 2015 chevy cruze p0138, p0140, p013e. Found that the downstream o/2's loom was riding on the axle boot and rubbed wires in two. replaced o/2 sensor and the sensor is still reading nonactive.

The P0138 is a fairly straight forward code pointing to a problem with the oxygen sensor for Bank-1/Sensor-2.
