2021年2月6日 · Psa: I think health status is more important. If the 77 looks good and is very healthy i would consider a bx at a lower value. In an unhealthy 77 yo, i would hold off doing a bx unless the psa was very high. Psa should not be done on a pt who has less than a ten year life expectancy. Over 4 in a 77 yo old should prompt a bx discussion.
