Has anyone compared the noise of the DLE65 and GP38 engines? My site is currently flying with GP38 and it is acceptable at the moment. I want to try an 85 inch airplane using the DLE65, but I'm not sure if the noise is louder. Also, may I ask if a larger plane would land more steadily because my runway is very narrow.

2021年9月25日 · Flew my Laser again yesterday with the GP38. Man that engine has lots of power, but I HATE how loud it is. We have lots of gas engines in our club but even other members commented how loud it is. I looked around again to see if there is a header/can for it but all I could find was different headers for the DA35 at Chief Aircraft.
