GSK plc (formerly known as GlaxoSmithKline until 2022) is a British multinational pharmaceutical company formed by the merger of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham in 2000. In 2014, the logo and the wordmark were slightly modified, most notably in the letter G.
