2008年3月10日 · I purchased a GT Peace 9er a few weeks ago from Performance on sale for $404. It was not only a bargain,but it is a blast to ride. Nicely built and equipped (for the price) and a great bike to test-out whether a 29er is right for you. If you like 29er's, you could get an expensive bike down the line and keep the Peace as a back up bike.

2010年7月12日 · The GT is 9-speed. If you plan on upgrading when parts wear out, it'll much easier to replace on part at a time, rather than having to replace the whole drivetrain all at once.

2011年8月6日 · Some trails are more SS friendly than others. On long climbs I would prefer some gears. But on my trails with short steep climbs, SS works just fine. Riding a SS will make you a stronger rider because it is a little more difficult, but you get used to it. If the Peace 9er is in good shape, I think $300 isn't a bad deal.
