I'm not familiar with an RTS, perhaps try searching e-bay. You used to be able to search e-bay closed auctions, not sure if you still can or not. This would give you a general idea. As an example, I had been looking for an older GT Karakoram to build up-pretty much I only cared about the frame. Prices ranged up to $450, for a complete bike.

That's a Profile Design adapter stuffed into the threaded fork so no one has to worry about that. I de-ano'd the stem and will probably paint it white. Replaced all of the bolts with titanium

Fisher had their even larger Evolution headest out the year before and most people consider that kickstarted the trend.
