2022年4月7日 · If you got an email saying it was to your personal account, then it’s up to you to pay that card off. Also, you have to pay the balance in full even if the money hasn’t hit yet. If funds went to your Citi/GTCC after it’s been paid off, you can link that account to your personal bank account and transfer the money too. Hope that explains it.

I save the receipts and the Army will direct deposit the full per diem amount every day I'm on orders up to the amount authorized.

For example: if you bought dinner or candy at the airport on your GTCC, this would be from your ME&I which is usually direct deposited into your savings account and not accounted for with a receipt.

Why this same PFC maybe 3 months later has to have a GTCC for the +$2k flight back to the states (and back to Korea) to go TDY when some higher echelon just handled it themselves previously is beyond me.
