2023年10月18日 · Okay awesome! Ya high DF cars have been my favourite that’s why I like the SF23 the best of the open wheel cars. I tried some GT3 but wasn’t my thing. From driving the Acura I love how the GTP cars feel so pretty confident getting the Caddy now to be more competitive. Thanks for your help!

2023年9月6日 · Whatever you want. People will complain about BOP (this is part of sportscar racing, has been since BOP was invented), but the iRacing BOP is miles better than the real world. Some cars will suit some tracks better, that's just how it goes. Go into test drive and try them while test drive is up. Pick the one you like the most.

2023年8月22日 · Not necessarily best for learning the actual GTP cars, but for gaining experience in multi class, look at the Nurburgring Endurance Challenge (4hr multi class racing) in D, then the Falcon Sports Car Challenge which is GT4/LMP3 multi class racing in C (try both GT4 and LMP3) and then in B I think there might be a fixed series.

The lower your irating the less it matters. You can check the IMSA results history to see generally which cars are performing well in top splits, but I believe this season the fasted GTP in the open series isn’t always the same as the fastest GTP in the fixed series at the same track.

2022年12月10日 · GTP is the top class, LMP2 is below that and uses spec LMP2 cars, then you have LMP3, then GTD Pro which uses GT3 cars with a pro driver lineup, and then GTD which uses GT3s with a pro am lineup. Could explain that in less than 5 minutes.

2023年9月9日 · Not sure if you’re talking about GT cars or F1 Grand Prix Tour cars but one thing I haven’t seen mentioned yet is about how to use your battery in qualifying scenarios. in the W13 F1 car it’s recommended to do a slow out lap to keep the battery around 100% (set to no deploy, or just go slowly) and then go all out on your two official laps

Past have expereinced in ACC (tweaking GT3 cars), but IRacing system that says failed tech and you dont understand what goes wrong. 2023年1月23日 · GTP cars seriously exceeded many's expectations for lap time capabilities at Daytona this past weekend. They were only 0.4 seconds slower than Mazda's 2019 track record and similar to previous seasons' DPi lap times at the track.
