2010年5月19日 · The LX is a fru-fru version of the LC. The GX is a fru-fru version of the overseas-only Prado. THe closest thing in the US to the GX is the 4Runner but there are lots of differences - same frame I think. I would get a 4Runner over the GX because I think the rear hatch with sliding window is much nicer than the huge rear door on the GX.

11/16/23 - Purchased a 2006 GX 470 in Titanium Silver Metallic (1D4 color code) for $6,800. 188k mi. Bought in Baltimore, drove it back up home to Albany, NY. The drive home was great - engine and transmission felt superb. Slapped some dead NY plates from a previous car, put it on my insurance, and drove it back.

2018年6月19日 · Its great for 4R but the GX is heavier, so what people have said is unloaded it's great and as a coil over can be adjusted through a few lift heights. I'm hearing a great entrly lift is the bilstein 6112/5160 Billstein), then toytek has a self branded one that I think is comperable to the 5100 level, maybe The 6112/5160 Billstein.

2012年5月1日 · Thank you for that detailed info. His plan for the GX is to be a daily driver for his wife and kids. He currently has a 2002 3rd Gen 4Runner that is his personal daily driver and weekend mild wheeler. I think it has a 2"-3" lift and 32's. He seems fully content with that set up.
