2015年1月18日 · GAL16v8是5V器件,现在CPLD都是3.3V的吧,估计你很难找到,如果速度不高建议你用MCU代替. 我就在用，挺好的，便宜，一片才4元。 不过要注意：1.电压是5V,这与现在许多芯片3.3V不一样，不过输入还行，3.3V够用，对于输出就要小心了。 2.功耗偏大50mA左右，所以工作时有点发烫。 3.焊接前编程，而不是在板编程。 4.它是执行老的TTL规范，所以输出上拉弱，比如输出‘1’不能直接驱动LED.
