Adj Asst Prof Gao has a sub-specialty interest in hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and liver transplant surgery and joined the Division of Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Surgery, Department of Surgery in 2020. He is currently the Deputy Undergraduate Medical Education Director in the Department of Surgery, National University Hospital.

Dr Gao Yujia graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University Hospital in 2011. He joined the Residency Program at the National University Hospital in 2012, and obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013, and the Master of Medicine (Surgery) in 2017.

Yujia Gao received the B.S. degree in information engineering from Capital Normal University, Beijing, China, in 2017. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology with the Beijing Key Laboratory of Intelligent Telecommunications Software and Multimedia, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing.
