Tracking is actually very good, even if the tonearm is sourced from Garrard's parts bin (it first appeared on the 990B) and as such is shorter tnan optimum. Overall, mine performs well. Really common budget but quite good little turntable from the 1960s/ 70s. Found on its own, in music systems, stereograms, etc. Decent sound but don't expect top notch hifi. The cartridge is ceramic and pretty basic. Parts availability is pretty good.
