He will state that the island's propellers that lifted the island for the Festival of Flight have been hijacked by Herbert, who is attempting to steer the island towards the equator to reach warmer temperatures.

The mission begins in the HQ with Gary, Jet Pack Guy, and Rookie. Gary says you, Jet Pack Guy, and Rookie will be working as a team this mission. Gary reports that a golden puffle has been found and the PSA is protecting it at the Night Club which has been closed off. He assigns each member to guard an entrance to the club.
