In 2020, it was not held due to the influence of Corona 19 , and it was scheduled to be held in 2021 as 'Gunpla Builders World Cup 2020-2021 (tentative name)'.

GUNPLA BUILDERS WORLD CUP (hereby referred to as GBWC) is a global tournament for Gundam plastic model kits organized by BANDAI SPIRITS. Preliminaries will be held in each area/region around the world to decide the world champion of creating GUNPLA. Now, assemble a new era with your own GUNPLA!

Results : To be announced at the above award ceremony and on the official GBWC website on December 16th, 2023.
