2015年1月1日 · Gd 3d, O 1s and impurity C 1s XPS peaks were commonly observed for Gd(OH) 3 and Gd 2 O 3. On the basis of the TPR experiment, it was found that the reduction of bulk oxygen of Gd 2 O 3 occurred at 790 °C. The fundamental properties revealed from the present study are useful for the development of Gd hydroxide and oxide nanorods.
