I fixed it by setting fan speed to ,,manual,, in GeForce experience in ,, performance,, submenu. I was worried about that this will force fans to run at the lowest speed even under load.

Many on the new GPu's fans wont spin until 60C. Set a fan profile in msi afterburner and you are good to go.
