Hepatoma-derived Growth Factor - Journal of Biological Chemistry
Hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF) has proliferative, angiogenic, and neurotrophic activity. It plays a putative role in the development and progression of cancer. When expressed in cells, the mitogenic activity of HDGF depends on its nuclear localization, but it also stimulates proliferation when added to the cell culture medium.
Hepatoma-Derived Growth Factor: An Overview and Its Role as a …
Hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF) was identified in research seeking to find a novel growth factor for hepatoma cells. Subsequently, four HDGF-related proteins were identified, and these proteins are considered to be members of a new gene family.
Hepatoma-derived Growth Factor Stimulates Cell Growth after ...
In this study, we investigate the functional roles of the putative NLSs by use of PCR-directed mutagenesis and the relationship between its nuclear translocation ability and growth-stimulating activity in the HDGF molecule. Furthermore, we analyze which part of the HDGF molecule is essential for internalization and the mitogenic activity.
HDF4
2024年4月10日 · HDF4 library is a reference implementation by The HDF Group that stores data in HDF4. The current release is HDF 4.3.0, released March 1, 2024. We provide RedHat Package Management (RPM) and Debian Package (DEB) binaries because the official release distributes them in a tar archive compressed format. Become a root. Hepatocyte growth factor-mediated apoptosis mechanisms of
2023年1月19日 · Here, we report that hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) signaling plays an important role in promoting normal and damaged liver CD8 + T cell Fas-mediated apoptosis...
Hepatocyte growth factor derived from senescent cells ... - Nature
2022年7月18日 · Here, we explored the function of a SASP factor, hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), in cell competition and discovered that HGF inhibits apical extrusion and promotes basal protrusion of Ras-mutated...
HGF Signaling / Pathway - Sino Biological
HGF induces tyrosine phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase andβ-catenin, threby enhancing the cell-ECM interaction and decreasing cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion.
Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF)/NK1 Is a Naturally Occurring …
Hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor (HGF/SF) stimulates cell proliferation, motility, and morphogenesis by activation of its receptor, the c-Met tyrosine kinase. HGF/SF is structurally related to plasminogen, including an amino-terminal hairpin loop, four kringle domains, and a serine protease-like region.
The Function of the HGF/c-Met Axis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
In this review, we focus on the function of the HGF/c-Met axis in HCC. The HGF/c-Met axis promotes the onset, proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of HCC. Moreover, it can serve as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis, as well as a therapeutic target for HCC. In addition, it is closely related to drug resistance during HCC treatment.
HGF receptor up-regulation contributes to the angiogenic …
2003年6月15日 · Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a mesenchyme-derived pleiotropic growth factor and a powerful stimulator of angiogenesis, which acts on cells by binding to the c-met receptor. The exact role of the endogenous HGF/c-met system in one or more steps of the angiogenic process is not completely understood.
