Gibson LP 1959 Reissue vs Gibson LP 1960 Plain Top Reissue (G0)
2016年12月27日 · I bought a Gibson Les Paul 1960 Plain Top VOS Reissue (G0) in 2010. I got the G0 because I tried a 1958 reissue and in 2010 the necks was baseball bat plus sized. The G0 is a nice guitar, sounds great and plays well. I replaced the Burstbucker 1&2 with a set of Kloppmann HB 59's. After buying...
Gibson Les Paul '59 60th Anniversary: Pros/Cons? - The Gear Page
2019年2月22日 · However, I do find it odd that a 60th anniversary Les Paul has numerous color options that don’t correspond to what the finishes of actual 1959 Burst's were called when they were new guitars fresh from the Kalamazoo factory. I don't remember seeing Orange Sunset Fade, Golden Poppy Burst or Royal Teaburst being offered in the 1959 Gibson catalog.
Epiphone 1959 Les Paul Reissue - The Gear Page
2009年1月20日 · Epiphone's 1959 Les Paul Reissue captures the vintage vibe of the original and puts it into a gig-ready instrument. In the name of tone and playability, the 1959 Les Paul Reissue features a non-weight-relieved body, a 1950s rounded neck, Gibson Burstbucker 1 and 2 pickups, and a solid maple cap with a highly flamed veneer.

gibson 1959 Historic ES-335 confusion - The Gear Page
2012年1月8日 · The 1959 ES-335 Dot Reissue that i ordered has a long neck tenon (but probably not the same width as the historics), bumblebee caps like the historic, kluson (or kluson style) tuners, lightweight aluminum tailpeice, etc. i think the historic has the tortoise shell side dot markers and a slightly different binding and maybe a few other things.
What are the "R" Gibson Les Pauls in reference to?
2009年5月10日 · R=Reissue (Historic) #= year the particular guitar is a reissue of. Since all guitars referred to in this way are from the 1950s (and one from 1960, a R0), there is no overlap of years so they only use the last number of the year. I've only seen it applied to LP Standards and Customs, not Jrs, Specials, or SGs A R9 is a 1959 Reissue Les Paul ...
Gibson Les Paul '59 60th Anniversary: Pros/Cons? | Page 5 - The …
1979 Gibson Les Paul Standard - The Gear Page
2012年5月4日 · There is a guy close to where I live that is getting rid of his collection of Gibson Les Pauls (20 or so). I initially went down to try a Gibson Gary Moore Les Paul out but while I was down there I ended up trying a 1959 Reissue, the Gary Moore, a Les Paul Classic (one of the first ones ever made) and a 1979 Standard.
Gibson ES-335: Custom Shop 1959 vs "standard" (Original)
2021年3月27日 · And "the Original" seems to be the name given by Gibson for the "standard" version. The 1959 ES-355 reissue and the ES-335 Murphy Lab have the same value. So would you go for the reissue or the Murphy Lab? It seems the the main differences are the fretboard (ebony for the reissue and Rosewood for the Murphy Lab) and gold hardware for the 355.
Epiphone 59 Les Paul - The Gear Page
2021年2月22日 · The price pressure being exerted by offshore manufacturers is forcing Gibson out of those price points; it doesn't leave Gibson any choice but to make only guitars that start at $1500. They can't keep making US guitars that compete with their own Epiphone product line, which they themselves have assigned to all of those new guitar consumers who ...
