Giovanni's Shrimp Truck was a must stop on our circle island tour of Oahu. I ordered the shrimp scampi. It came with a dozen unpeeled shrimp, two scoops of rice, and a lemon wedge for $17.50 cash ( you can pay with a credit union-- they add tax and 3% processing fee).
