GIU Faculty of Architectural Engineering. The Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Program offers a unique multidisciplinary model that integrates technology and humanities, theory and application, aesthetics and architectonics.

Georgia International University Jiu Campus is located in Tbilisi, in an ecologically clean environment. The two-dimensional Periodic Building Unit (PerBU) of GIU consists of a hexagonal array of non-connected planar 6-rings (bold in Figure 1), which are related by pure translations along a, and b. The 6-rings are centered at (0,0) in the ab layer. This position is usually called the A position.

The Architectural Design program covers various topics such as building design, structural engineering, building systems, construction materials, and architectural history. Students will also learn about sustainable architecture, digital design tools, and building codes and regulations.
